If you have received the TPM error, know you did nothing wrong. Corporate pushed out a patch for the TPM which has been breaking a lot of people's computers. Currently we are working with Microsoft to find a way to fix this, but for now just open a ticket with us! When opening this ticket please make come form of a comment indicating you have backed all your information.
What we need you to do right now is back all of your documents up to OneDrive. The only way we can fix this at the moment is recreating your profile which will entail us deleting your profile and all subsequent data on said profile.
