I need my password reset

Please attempt the following steps before contacting the T&I team. If you do not, you will be redirected back to this page before providing further assistance 




For Amentum/JADE: 

  • https://reset.jacobs.com 
  • If you remember your password select:
    "Jacobs Password Update Form"
    • If asked to choose a login option choose "JADE"
    • Anywhere you are prompted for Domain\Username use "JADE" as the domain
  • If you do not remember your password select:
    "Reset Jacobs Password"
    • Use your @jacobs.com email address when prompted for an email


For JFED:


If none of the above options work please reach out to the Chidlaw IT team or create a new ticket:

PLEASE NOTE:

Password complexity must follow:

  • Between 8-15 Characters

  • At least:

    • 1 capital
    • 1 lowercase
    • 1 number
    • 1 special character
  • No more than 3 repeating characters

  • Cannot contain parts of your name

  • Cannot match common patterns

  • Cannot match past 3 passwords

  • At least 24 hours old

  • At most 90 days old
