How do I invite the conference room to a meeting?

Please attempt the following steps before contacting the T&I team. If you do not, you will be redirected back to this page before providing further assistance.



To reserve a conference room perform the following:

  1. Open outlook and create meeting
  2. After meeting has been created select Scheduling Assistant:
  3. Click "Add required Attendee" and select the conference room in question
  4. If the conference room is available you may now invite the conference room to this meeting to reserve that room
  5. WAIT FOR THE CONFIRMATION EMAIL OF THE ROOM ACCEPTING THE MEETING INVITE OR WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PROVIDE ASSISTANCE
    1. If you do not receive the email indicating the room has accepted your meeting within 30 minutes please open a ticket with us and we will investigate the matter




If all has been done correctly then rest assured the conference room is now booked. If you have any questions please open a ticket and we would be happy to assist accordingly!
