Why can't I track my ticket?

In order to track your ticket appropriately from your end, we will need you to register with our support page with your Jacobs federal account. Upon completing registration you will receive an activation link to register your account. After this time all tickets that are submitted under this account will be fully trackable!


Please note all tickets not registered to a user will be handled over email contact to the email provided in the ticket. Please do not approach the T&PI team without a ticket as we handle tickets in order of urgency, and in doing so will interrupt how we are able to assist others. We will respond as quickly as we can.
