Can't sign with CAC

Please attempt the following steps before contacting the T&I team. If you do not, you will be redirected back to this page before providing further assistance

To sign with your CAC you will need to download the file attached here then proceed with the following steps:

  1. Download the ActivClient installer

    Download Here

  2. Navigate to the folder where you downloaded the file and extract the file contents
  3. Run the extracted .msi file
  4. Follow the instructions on the installer, keeping all settings default.
  5. Restart the computer (ActivClient will not be active until you have restarted)
  6. After the restart is complete ensure that ActivClient appears in your system tray
  7. When you use your CAC you should now get the following window
