Software License Request FAQ

With the official migration from Jacobs to Amentum, the process to obtain software licensing is changing as well. 

!!WARNING!!

If you submit a ticket on your own via Amentum ServiceNow please be advised that without the Charge Code the request cannot be processed to completion.


Below are the current steps to obtain your desired software license. 
**This is subject to change as we iron out the 5 W's, so please check back every so often for an update**


Requestor: As for now if you need software outside of Office 365 (Adobe Pro or Visio), you will need to send your request via email to your Manager and Director.  


Managers / Directors: You will need to gather the justification for the software the user is requesting and present it to Mr. Anderle. 


If Mr. Anderle approves the software request. It will be forwarded to Mary Jenkins who will submit a ticket to corporate IT on your behalf. 


When the IT ticket is resolved. You will receive an email with the instructions on implementing your license to the requested software.
