**These instructions are for after you have received the confirmation from corporate your account has been licensed for Adobe Pro**

**If you already have Adobe Creative Cloud installed on your computer please skip Steps 1 & 2 and proceed with Step 3**

To get started:

  1. Download Adobe Creative Cloud:
    Download Here
  2. This might prompt a warning:
  3. Hover over this, and hit the ellipse to reveal:
  4. Select "Keep"
  5. Another prompt will appear that looks like this:
  6. Select Show More then select "Keep Anyway"
  7. Run the setup file to begin the install
    1. Windows will show a prompt like this:
    2. Click on: "More Info" then press "Run Anyway"
    3. The Creative Cloud installer will prompt for "Account Authentication" then BeyondTrust might prompt for a reason to install. Just select: "I need to install an application"
    4. Next you will be prompted to sign in with your JACOBS.COM
    5. The install will begin and you will need to wait for it to complete
  8. Once the Creative cloud application opens you will now see that Adobe Acrobat is already installed
  9. Click the Ellipse on the right side of Acrobat and select: "Uninstall"
    1. The reason we are doing this is because the standard application installed on all Jacobs systems is Adobe Acrobat Reader. Because this is installed it will prevent Acrobat Pro from being installed. By uninstalling reader you will now be able to reinstall Acrobat Pro.
  10. The uninstall of Acrobat Reader might take some additional time. This is totally normal
  11. Once Acrobat Reader is uninstalled, an option to install Adobe Acrobat will appear in the list of available apps. Select Acrobat Pro and install it.
  12. Once all of this is done you will now open Acrobat and notice it is named: "Adobe Acrobat Pro" This is an indication that everything has installed properly and you are good to go!

If BeyondTrust does not prompt, but instead you received a window that looks like this:
